Good run, but the cold made it feel harder, especially when running into the wind. Accuweather said 42 feels like 38, but it felt colder. I did 8 strides, but walked a couple of hills because I couldn't breathe and walked for water twice, so my pace is better than I would have expected. 517' elev. gain, 528' loss. Pushed the last mile because I wanted to get indoors.
