Good trail run at Blue Knob State Park. Chappell Field, Sawmill, Three Springs trails, plus paved road between Three Springs and Chappell Field. 989' elev. gain, 999' loss. It didn't feel hard except for a few hills on 3 Springs Trail that I walked.
