First run in a week. Legs were not painful, though I could sometimes feel the hamstrings. Breathing was an issue.
w/u was 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 at 5.5-5.9, then 4 minutes each 6.0-6.5, then 3 minutes each 6.4-6.3, 2 minutes each 6.2-6.0
