Good run on Ch. half course, minus the o/b on Sollenberger. Very cool and damp today. Kept easy pace. Hills felt hard, but I was able to run them. Watch said 364' elev. gain. Running Ahead said 800+. Both lie. Ate one gel at @ 6 miles (apple cinnamon) - no problems. Hamstrings and left butt very tight, but no real pain. Stiff afterwards.
