Run felt harder, legs more tired. w/u was 2 minutes each 5.3-5.7, then I did 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes @ 6.0 alternating with the same at 5.5-5.8. Last mile was 1 minute alternating medium/easy. Water break at 3 and 4.25.
