Beautiful day, not too hot and with low humidity, but it was a difficult run due to sun and probably the prednisone I'm taking for poison ivy. I couldn't catch my breath, so HR was high and breathing bad the whole run. I took shade and water breaks every 1.5 miles, which helped and also did walk/run intermittently, which didn't make much difference. Still, it was not a bad run, just strenuous and I'm glad I did it rather than stick to the treadmill.
