Part 1 of 2. Good run at Promised Land on Park roads. It rained all morning, so the trails were too wet to run far so I kept to the pavement. 279' elev. gain for this segment, 79' for the trail finish. Legs were tired after yesterday's long trail run, but I enjoyed the cool weather.
