Good run. Two mile warm-up 5.4 - 6.2. Then did 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 2, 1 minutes at 5kish pace with equal recovery, so 21 minutes. I did 7.6 for the first few, 7.5 for the 4 minute interval, 7.7 for the last four. Ended with .75 cool down. I intended to do a complete second ladder but couldn't do it. HR was too high even though I walked for some of the recoveries. I ended up with the hyperventilating issue afterwards, but it passed quickly.
