Good run, but not easy. I was tired from the start and really not in the mood to run this far. Feet hurt all the way. Hamstring hurt in the middle. Otherwise, it was nice. I tried to keep the pace at 10:00 - 10:15. Walked for water at 3, 5.5, 7.5, 9, stopped for lights and traffic. Only 257' elev. gain.
