Horrible run. I tried out the interval function on my watch for the first time, but made many mistakes. I set up the laps wrong, to "open" instead of distance, so the distances were off. Then I couldn't figure out how to see my pace while running instead of the timer so my paces were all over the place, generally too fast. I was coughing the whole time, which didn't help. 452' elev. gain, 460' loss. OTOH, I got it done, which I didn't really expect given the fact that I am still recovering from my cold.
