Good workout on a hot and humid day. 20 minute warmup - 5.5-6.0
Then 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute at 5k pace (7.5-7.7) with equal recoveries at 6.0.
Last 2.5 was alternating one minute 6.0 with 1 minute at 7.1-6.1
This was an easier workout this time than the last time I did it.
