Good long run on a cool damp day. I like the route - lots of little hills. 1118' uphill, 1134' downhill. I was tired and sore at the end, especially glutes and feet. Walked for water every 2 miles or so. Gu at 5, 10, 16. Only walked the top of one hill. This is the best run I've had on this route, thanks to the lack of wind.
