Notes

Good run today. Legs felt stiff, especially right hamstring, but I had more energy.

1 mile warmup.

Then about 1/2 mile each at 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2

with slower 1 minute jog breaks between the faster segments.

Still very tight afterwards, but no real pain.
