Okay run. Not great, but not awful. Progressive. w/u 5.0-5.3. 3 miles at 5.4, 5.5. 2 miles at 5.6, 5.7. 1 mile at 5.8. Incline from -1 to 2, total elev. gain about 600'. Water every 3 miles. Glucose drink at 6. (Nasty!)
