Nice run from St. Thomas home via Edenville/Criders Church/Crottlestown and Shatzer.
Only 310' elev. gain, 434' down. Rolling hills with only one bad one that I had to walk partway.
Ran faster than I intended, but mostly it felt easy. Only drank water once, while walking up the hill.
