Good TM run on a hot and humid day.
20 minute warmup - 5.4-6.1
2 min at 7.5, 1 min recovery
4 min 7.0-7.1, 2 min recovery
2 min 7.5, 1 min. recovery
4 min 7.2-7.3, 2 min recovery
2 min 7.5-7.6, 1 min. recovery
4 min. 7.3-7.2, 2 min recovery
5 min. cool down 5.6-6.1
7.5 feels very fast, though it is supposedly my 5k pace, the more moderate HM (7.0) to 10k (7.3) pace was fine
