Another dreary drizzly day, so I did a hill workout on the TM.

One mile warm-up 5.5-5.9, then

6 x (3 minutes @ 3% plus 2 minutes at 0 or -1%) at speeds 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5

Then 2 miles cool-down 6.5 - 5.9
