Hard run thanks to humidity, but not a bad one. Tried to keep pace between 9:45-10:00 to keep it easy. I sped up a bit toward the end. I took a couple of breaks in the shade which helped. Walked for water every two miles and ate 4 dates for energy. I was okay while moving, but after the run I had real issues with dizziness, nausea and breathing - much like I had at Lost Dutchman. Put my feet up and that helped. Food helped too. I drank 20 ounces of water, so I shouldn't have been too dehydrated, but that may have been it.
