This was a better run than expected. My legs were tired and a bit sore from yesterday's workout, but the ache eased as I went. I didn't have a lot of energy, but the pace was good. I walked a few times to slow down and drink water. I was glad the run wasn't longer, but I was moving well, just tired. Only 250' elevation gain, 263' loss, which helped.
