Good aerobic run on a nice hilly route. I tried to use HR rather than pace, keeping HR under 170, aiming at 160ish. Still ran too fast. Walked for water every 2-2.5 miles. Legs felt tired the last mile or two. 576' elev. gain, 596' loss.
