Long hard run, though I kept the pace slow. Did 5.4 the first hour, then 1.6 before I accidentally disconnected, then 5.8 in an hour, then .2 to finish up with an even number.

w/u 5.1- 5.3 then 2 miles each 5.4 - 5.5 in first hour, then 5.6 for 16 minutes then 5.7, 6.0, 5.9, 5.8, 5.7 in final hour,

about 250' elev. gain.
