Good run without much pain. Not a lot of energy so I didn't push the pace.

w/u: walked .3, then ran 5.5 - 6.0

2 minute intervals 6.1-7.0 with 2 minutes easy at 6.1, final 10 minutes was 1 minute 6.9-6.0.
