Good run, but slow. Very humid (DP 71). Temp of 86 feels like 95. Hilly route with 553' elev gain. Ran all the hills, but it was slow. It sprinkled around mile 4, had lightning at mile 5, 20 mph headwind and rain at mile 6. Walked for water at 3 and 5.
