Notes
Flat long run at Presque Isle St. Park in Erie. Nice run on very busy paved bike trail. Cool day, but humidity at 73%. Started out too fast, couldn't rein it in. Ran out of steam and ended up walking parts of the last three miles. Only real break was a brief bathroom stop. Ate snack at 6 and 9 (raisins and jelly beans) but it didn't help with energy.
