Good run on beautiful day, but hard. No energy, even after food and water. Walked for water every two miles, but otherwise ran the whole thing. Felt hilly. Only 426' elev. gain per Garmin. Aimed at 10:15 pace. Planned to do 14, but didn't have the energy at the end to keep going once I passed the park. No pain while running, but a lot afterwards. Very tight and sore glutes and hamstrings.
