Ran after lunch. Never had much energy. It was a real effort to do the miles and I broke it up with short breaks to get water, turn off video, etc. Very tired at the end.
1 mile warm-up 3.0 - 5.2
1 mile each 5.4 - 5.8 NB: 5.8 felt fast, hard.
1 mi each 5.5 - 5.6 These felt easy, but slow.
Final mile: 1-2 minutes each descending 6.1 - 5.5
