Notes

Good treadmill run on an icy cold day. I did one mile w/u: .25 each 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, then 2 miles each 5.8, 5.9 then I alternated one mile each 6.6, 6.0, 6.6, 6.0, 6.5, 6.1, 6.5, 6.1, 6.2, 6.4, 6.2, 6.3. I was very ready to stop, but not completely wiped out, despite having spent 1:20 shoveling snow and another hour walking Ben. I had a Gu at 60 minutes, a Crank gel at 120, water every 3 miles. My HR was mostly under 160.
