Good but hard run on a very humid day. Rain started at about mile 3, but before that the air felt very dense. Hard to breathe. I did two miles easy for warmup, then 3 miles between HMP and 10k Pace, (aiming for 9:00) then mostly easy again. I took a break in mile 7 to get stomach and HR calmed down. Elev. gain 355'.
