Good MP run. Cold! (10-15 mph wind made it feel like 21 deg.). Gloves came off at 4 miles. Jacket stayed on, mostly zipped. Face was freezing. A little fast since I was aiming for 9:35-9:45. Elev. gain 300', loss 259'. I slowed down in town and stopped at several lights where I paused the watch. Walked for water at 2.5, 5, 7. Cocoa afterwards.
