First half of run was good, but after mile 10 or so I ran out of energy. Last few miles were very hard. I went too fast in the early miles, which didn't help. Plan called for 6 easy, 7 at MP, 2 easy. I aimed at 9:00 and hit the pace, but that included some walking to slow down. Water every two miles or so, Gu at 4.5 and 10. Upset stomach led to two POP stops. 710' elev. gain, 724' loss. Glutes and hamstrings were very painful.
