Good run from the Reservoir up Milesburn Rd. to Ridge Road to Birch Run Road to the Reservoir again. Autumn colors. Hot and humid but the shade made it bearable. 1003' up, 992' down. Walked a bit. Stomach gave me problems, some cramps and nausea. Still it was good overall.
