Beautiful springlike day. Plan called for 1.5 mile warmup and cool-down and 12 miles at MP. I set VP at 9:05. Legs were tight and got tighter and my right hip complained toward the end. Otherwise it was a pretty good run. Pace felt comfortable most of the time. Only 205' elev. gain/loss. Stopped to use POP and let dogs and horses go by and to get out gels. Water every 2 miles, gels at 6 and 11. They upset my stomach, but not badly.
