Another hot day, so I did a longish run on the TM. Started with 1/4 mile walk, then @ .2. each 5.0-5.3. Progressive easy run 1 mile each 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.7, 5.6. Incline 0 - 1.5. Felt easier than last time, but still felt like a long run. Feet were a bit sore. Otherwise my body behaved. Water at 3, 5, 7.
