Rainy day. Did one of the speed programs that alternated 5.5 with 6.0-6.2, starting at 1 minute each, but then I did 3 minute intervals with 1 minute recovery instead since it felt easy. I followed that with another 2 miles at 5.5 with 6 one minute 'strides' at 7.0-7.2. I can't handle faster than that right now. Recovery was fast after each faster segment.
