Good run. I started with the 30 minute program that alternates between 1 minute at 5.5 and 1 at 6.0, modified a bit to include more at 6.1 and 6.2, then did an additional 4.5 miles doing 2 minutes at 6.0-6.2 and 1 min. at 5.6. HR wasn't bad. I took a water break at 3, 4.5 and 6.5.
