Hill workout.

2 mi easy warm-up.

2 miles w/ repeats:

2 min @ 6mph @ 2% - 2 min. slow jog recovery

2 min " @ 4% - "

2 min " @ 5% etc.

2 min " @ 6 %

1 min " @ 7%

1 min " @ 8 %

then 1 mile stayed at 6 mph but ran at 2% - 0 - 3% - 0 - 4%

Final mile was easier, progressive 5.1 - 5.8 - 5.6

Fun workout. It felt hard when I hit 6% and above. Need to work more on steep hills. Running at marathon pace felt easy though.
