Good run. Beautiful day. Dragging a bit at 4. Ate a Gu (Espresso Love) at 5 miles with water and it gave me energy from 6-10. Some good hills. 410' elev. gain total. 430' loss. Hamstrings were very sore. Twinges in back of left leg below knee that disappeared when I stopped for a minute.
