Beautiful day to be outside. First half of run was good, but I ran out of energy and my hips/glutes became very painful after about mile 10. Used Virtual Pacer to keep pace slower - set to 9:45 so I was too fast, but it helped. 710' elev. gain. Water every 2 miles, Gu every 5. Stomach was a bit wonky, but not painful.
