Good hilly run on a beautiful sunny afternoon. I ran 7 strides, mostly miles 4-5, but the rest was easy/recovery. Legs/glutes were tight and sore, but not acutely painful. 547' elev. gain, 559' loss. Walked for water at 2 and 4.
