Good run on a cold day. Plan called for 16 with last 10 at MP. I set VP at 9:20. I did a good job at keeping pace slow for the first 6, then close to MP for the last 10. I was tired, but it didn't feel that hard except when I was running into the wind. 780' elev. gain, 799' loss per Garmin (900+' per RA). HR data was probably off as it is so high.
