1 mile warmup at 5.0-5.4, then 1/4 mile segments 5.8, 5.9. 5.6, 6.0, 6.1, 5.6, 6.2, 6.3, 5.6, 5.5

Got dehydrated, felt nauseous and dizzy at the end, but I was okay after drinking water.

Lung capacity is getting better, but legs are slow, so higher speeds are still hard. Breathing was okay though.
