Notes

Good TM run. Progressive for first 40 minutes 5.4-6.5, varying with each song, then I did 10 one minute sprints at 7.4-7.8 - 7.4 with recovery at 6.0-6.1. Legs were tight, especially hamstrings, but not painful. Only 118' elev. gain. Brief water break at 60 minutes.
