Hard run. I had no energy from the start. Heat made me nauseous, so I ended up taking breaks every mile or so. I walked .6 before, to loosen up, and the first two miles were fine, but when I started the intervals, my glutes hurt a lot. I almost stopped at 2, but decided to keep going since the pain didn't get worse. Ended up with 2 mile w/u, then 8 x 2 minutes @5k with 2 minutes recovery. Then 5 minute c/d.
