Program 2 on TM plus 1.4 miles Total of 20 minutes over 6.0 plus 2 at 7.0
The faster times felt strenuous. Hard to believe I used to be able to run that fast. However 6.0 - 6.2 wasn't difficult.
Right leg still hurts, but not while running. Hip feels like it's slightly out of socket when I do leg lifts.
