Good run. I did a .25 walking warmup before starting this workout, then did 4:1 intervals at 5.2-5.7 then 5:1 intervals at 5.6-5.5 and then 1 minute each 5.5-5.1. Legs behaved. Lungs were working at the start but were fine during the second half.
