Okay run on another h&h day. w/u 5.4 - 5.9 after 1/4 mile walk to loosen up hamstrings. Then 3 minutes/2 minutes 6.0-6.6, then 2/1 6.6 - 6.2 with recovery at 6.0 or 6.1. I didn't have a lot of energy but the leg pain eased after about a mile, so at least it wasn't painful.
