Good run. I started with a 5 minute walking warmup (added to my walk this morning). Then did 3:1 run/walk at 5.2-5.8/3.5. It went well and felt easy. My leg started to hurt a little after 2 miles, but not enough to stop though I probably should have. Hip flexor hurt a lot afterwards.
