Notes
Good and bad race. The course is very hilly. Some easy and rolling, some long downhills, some big uphills. I ran faster than expected overall, but I had a very hard time on the hills. Had to walk both big hills. Aargh! First mile was very fast 8.56. Don't know about the rest. Ended feeling tired, but not as wiped out (or nauseous) as on 5k races.
