Beautiful spring day. I wanted to avoid breathing issues, so did walk/run whenever my pace got too fast. For some reason, sub-9 feels remarkably easy, but with the allergies acting up, my lungs don't like it. Walking helped, but I need to learn how to really slow down so I don't have to. It's a bit frustrating, because I was getting better at controlling my pace until recently. 360' elev. gain. Had some acute OP pain in mile 5. It didn't last, but for about 20 yards it was a 7-8.
