Better run today. It was mostly overcast and very humid, but cooler. (73 with DP of 69). Leg hurt the first mile and last two miles, but running on the flat was easier than my usual hills. Not a lot of energy thanks to less sleep, but it didn't feel that bad. Walked for water at 3, 6. Only 143' elev. gain.
